Therapy & Healing
In the Therapy & Healing sessions, we combine gentle therapeutic Yoga with other therapies and techniques, to reach an even deeper holistic level of healing.
These sessions are excellent for anyone recovering from illness and injury, as well as anyone suffering from pain or physical or mental trauma.
They are also great for anyone, who would like to reprogram their body and mind, to generate a more healthy stress response.
The purpose of the Therapy & Healing sessions are; to strengthen and balance the physical and etheric body, and the mental,emotional and spiritual state aspects of the person.
When all these aspects are balanced, then health and healing can take place at a much deeper level.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A THERAPY & HEALING SESSION:
A typical session will be adapted to your individual needs, goals and abilities.
You will learn gentle therapeutic Yoga poses, Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra ), Meditation. Pranayama (yogic breathing), and other breathing techniques,
The practice will be adjusted to provide just the right amount of strenghtening or relaxation, to benefit you at the time.
Depending on your unique needs, you will learn specific therapies, techniques and healing methods, to further release any tension or pain, and help you heal on a deeper level.
Some of these therapies and methods are:
Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, Sensory Motor Awareness, Acupressure with balls, Qi Gong, Visualizations, and Nature Spirit Healing.
We might also add segments of Sound Therapy, Color & Flower therapy, Crystal Therapy, Reiki or other forms of energy healing.
As well as techniques such as PSYCH-K and EFT to reprogram and retrain the mind.
Each of these therapies and methods created amazing progress in my own healing. and in the healing of many other people as well.
